Nearby, walks through vineyards, dry stone walls and garrigue landscapes extend the immersion. The hilltop village of Minerve, set between the Cesse and Brian gorges, as well as the Canal du Midi and Lake Jouarres in Homps, offer beautiful escapes blending heritage, swimming and the Minervois way of life.
