On the heights of the Vésubie valley, this Bivouac is set at the edge of a forest facing alpine landscapes at 1,500 m altitude, in a fresh and luminous atmosphere. In the heart of a vast mountain meadow between Peïra-Cava and the Turini pass, the sounds of nature are all around you. Scattered ruins on site add a touch of character to the setting. Getting there is already part of the experience, with a stunning road that is sometimes vertiginous and sets the tone. Nearby, the trails of the Mercantour National Park offer superb hikes through valleys, peaks and perched villages.
