At the border of Vienne and Charente, near Pleuville, this one-hectare bivouac stretches in the shade of trees facing the fields, nestled against a historic farmhouse estate. Here, the silence is absolute and hiking trails lead from the campground for about ten kilometers into nature. Nearby, the medieval town of Confolens and its world cultures festival, or the Romanesque church of Civray, are worth a visit. Pineau des Charentes and local cheeses complete the experience. Easy access but passage between two pillars limited to 3m narrow.
